It is fixed in the ‘center’ and ‘down’ positions, but momentary in the ‘up’ position. This allows me to operate the WSG with continuous output, or the create rhythmic pulses by manually ‘playing’ the output switch. Kinda like guitar players sometimes do with their pickup switches. It is fixed in the ‘center’ and ‘down’ positions, but momentary in the ‘up’ position. This allows me to operate the WSG with continuous output, or the create rhythmic pulses by manually ‘playing’ the output switch. Kinda like guitar players sometimes do with their pickup switches. Just a list of instructions for the plotter to follow. It takes this much code to describe a small fraction of the final image. Sometimes I will generate multiple passes of different parts of an image so I can change pens between plots to get multi-color images. The basic framework is built from a kit available from OpenBuilds (a fantastic resource and community for this sort of thing). The rest of the parts are sourced from Amazon or designed and built myself using CAD and a 3D printer. The dragchains and pen holder were adapted from existing open-source designs here and here. Just a list of instructions for the plotter to follow. It takes this much code to describe a small fraction of the final image.
